Came pretty much assembled. It feel really sturdy. Used with plates and it still feels safe. Done full extension back as well for core and not a creek so far.Great addition to my home gym.

Really sturdy but very light so easy to put away. Very little assembly required, just putting the feet pads on.

Amazing bit of kit well worth the money
