Great dumbbells, I can’t wait to start using them regularly. I have 8kg, 10kg and they are great so far. Hope overtime they won’t be too much worn out. Happy with my purchase so far. Shame they don’t do heavier weights, only until 12kg.

I had knee replacement surgery about 6 months ago. This machine was perfect for toning the muscles and building up the stamina.

This multi gym is a really great product for the price, and does everything that you might want to do at your local gym. The only problem however are the instructions, which are scant to say the least. Videos do exist but lack commentary. The best solution is

Good quality piece of kit. Easy to put together if you have a socket set as supplied tools not great. Also ignore the cable instructions that tell you to put the pulleys on before threading the cables.
