PROS: quite low profile; very stable (no sense of any rocking side to side); motor is reasonably quiet; quite easy to roll it around to the right spot in the room; remote can be useful (for some, I prefer a control panel). CONS: there is no quick way to fold

Simple and lightweight, but not a full on folding treadmill. Easy enough to move into my work out space and set up. You won't get a full on sprint off this, but a decent walking light run for sure. Pretty stable, as I am just under 200lbs and found no issues.
