Larger than expected, the mat amply protects my wooden floor from the treadmill on it. Leave it as is, as I have done, or cut it to size. Thick enough to protect (3mm)

Is good for the money

Used it as a spinning bike mat. Work as it should and half price cheaper than the spinning bike branded one. Happy with the purchase.

It is a wonderful piece of equipment, I strongly recommend it to all fitness lovers.

Good solid piece of kit. Can't fault it. Strong steel construction. Comfortable adjustable pads. Includes push up handles and pads can be used for sit ups. Why pay double the money?

Seat I find too hard

I’m quite pleased with the stepper it’s quite high I wouldn’t call it mini tho can’t be abit stiff does what it says ,

The counter just slots on and does nothing, it is not connected to any wiring that should count your time stepping and calories lost. If there is something that I am missing then please let me know. Apart from all that I am pleased with my purchase so far,
