Great product but terrible instructions

Very good quality and compact design

As described. Lovely soft beam. My 6 year old daughter uses it in the garden to practise and brings it indoors herself when she's finished.

Its a good machine to use in the comfort of your home to excercise

its extremely good for amateur boxers its not to fast and takes about 30-45 min to put-up. I keep mine out side and so far the rain hasn't had a affect on its performance I definitely recommend it. If your experience on a speed bag you could get a faster
