Simple and adjustable

Was a bit skeptical when i purchased. Having had back problems for the last 15 years and my back doctor shut through covid it was worth a try. Been on twice and second time i felt a bit of a pull . I have had no twinges since and hoping ive found a solution

I've been using this stepper for a few weeks now and very happy with it. It takes seconds to assemble and is very sturdy, It's also very compact so doesn't take up much room in my study. It can get slightly loud when in use, but a bit of WD40 now and again
