I was after a simple treadmill for me and my partner to be able to exercise when we cannot get outside due to the poor weather. She just wanted to be able to do a walk whereas I was after a fast walk / slow run. We decided on this one. Fairly easy to assemble

I received my treadmill yesterday. It powers on but does not work. No moving parts. How do order a return or a replacement?
