Used to exercise the leg muscles (Quads).Referred to as ‘Sissy’ squat.Very well made item. Sturdy and strong. Nice materials. Builds confidence when used.If you have problem knees this type of exercise puts a little more stress on the knees.

Can't fault it so far. Just what I was looking for. I run approx 5km every 3 days and seems to be coping well.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich trainiere seit ca. 2 Wochen mit dem Gerät und bin recht zufrieden. Lediglich die Halterung für Fernbedienung usw. hält schlecht und ist bereits mehrmals abgestürzt und nun kaputt.

Would definitely recommend. Very sturdy and simple to build. Instructions could be clearer with which screws to use where as some are the same length but different heads, it's pretty intuitive though and easy to swap them around if necessary. For info I
