Used this product for exercising as not been able to get out ,but only received a few days ago but feeling the difference when walking upstairs as my legs used to ache by the time I got to the top,but not getting that now. I use the stepper around three times

Great well made dumbells, weight spot on. They do stink when they come out the box so good to let them air outside for a couple of days. Delivery was 2 days. Perfect experience all round!!

Easy to put together. Nice weight bench for a beginner or a home work out with basic weight. I’m only 5ft7 and the leg press is a bit akward when u do weights. Tried couple times but rest of the bench is great
