Missing 3 parts, keep sending out the wrong parts, call centre in Pakistan doesn’t have a clue, can’t speak to anyone in the UK who actually understands the issues.

This was delivered quickly and on time. Assembly instructions are confusing but actually very easy once you’ve figured out that most of what they’re telling you to do has actually already been done and all you have to do is put 4 screws in. The machine itself

Bolts were just thrown all together in a bag and missing 3 washers, plus multiple bolts/screws. Very disappointing
