I have always been a bit wary about these types of Bench Press Benches. Home Bench used to suggest something that just wouldn’t be up to the job. Well. It is up to the job. Reasonably straightforward to assemble. Folds well. Most importantly it is very sturdy.

They need to make the diagram off the build up bigger clearer and better

Easy to set up . Lots of levels to make it harder. Folds flat so takes up very little room. Good for the money

Okay, downfall is that you can't increase / decrease incline. Belt is rather noisy and there is no heart rate monitor on the screen?
