This machine is insanely good. Really works the quads. The pad gets really low for nice deep squats. I’m 5’8” and the pad goes down to 3 “ below the back of my knees. This machine does not move while working out and it’s pretty light weight.

Great bracket and bonus points for having good fittings included. Purchased to hold a 30kg punch bag which it is doing with ease. Strong, functional bracket, highly recommended.
