I am very impressed with the quality of these dumbbells. As described. They have a great feel to them. The bar is small enough for small female hands.

Bar seems incredibly sturdy, well made, and is easy to install. Just make sure you check it's tight each time and you shouldn't have any issues.

After some research I reckon this is the best value for money. My grandson is happy with his birthday present. Seems sturdy and robust enough was easy to assemble. No parts missing.

Seems to be good quality so far and holds me up no problem. There are installation instructions and you can watch the videos online. I did reinstall it as first time I did not get it horizontal (it does have an in built spirit level). I also regularly undo
