I wish I could return this treadmill immediately. I've received multiple electric shocks while using it, and it's really alarming. There are no safety features in place to address the fact that the bar is made of metal. It's quite frightening to think about

Received the item with some washers missing and weight pole damaged.

the pull-up bar has been welded at an angle. so it's not straight. very disappointed 😞

I ordered and paid for the walking pad on the 7th November and received swift confirmation my order was received and that the item had been dispatched that very afternoon. I took delivery of the order on 9th December noticing the package was slightly ripped

This was a full on nightmare to put together, and yet it still isn't fully set up. The instructions miss out an entire section of what the heck to do. I built this with a great deal of effort manipulating and pulling the bars to make the diagonal ones fit.

Spent fortunes only part delivery , dont answer calls emails , only delivered 1 part ...rip yu off do not pay these people

They are terrible showed as delivered river blatently stole the parcels , fraud do not use

do not use only delivered part despite charging for expedited delivery , watch you cards with these lot stole my hard earned money

item not very sturdy, also have to keep un screwing and re screwing the arms up amd down. also doesn't fit under the sofa as the display stands up quite high. might return so haven't used yet.
